Article published online on September 16, 2025

Recently, I published an article on the differences between crossdresser and transgender.

But Fanny’s testimony reminds me of one essential thing: at the very beginning, there is often no box, no strict definition.

There is simply an intimate need to express one’s femininity, to live it as an obvious truth, a normality, a balance. Quite simply.

It is this journey that Fanny shares today, in the form of a self-interview.

Between discovery, fears, and inner peace, her story illustrates how this expression can be both fragile and vital.

Fanny’s Testimony

I wanted to share my testimony in the form of a self-interview.

My journey is not unique, but it is deeply personal.

I hope it can resonate with those who are living similar experiences.

I contacted Jennifer for makeup coaching. What I was initially looking for was to better control my image and feel more confident when presenting as female.

What developed through our exchanges went beyond the technical aspect: Jennifer offered me a listening ear, a judgment-free space, and real support.

She encouraged me to put words to my journey. Here is my story.

Discovering Femininity

I’m in my thirties and I live in a large city in the East of France.

My life is quite active, balancing work and outdoor activities, which help me maintain equilibrium.

It all started in adolescence, when I felt the need to try on my mother’s underwear and heels.

It was a revelation: something intimate was awakening. A pleasure mingled with a kind of recognition.

At that time, I didn’t yet know what it meant, but I knew it was no coincidence.

At first, these desires were occasional. But over time, they became an inner necessity.

The more I discovered this part of myself, the more the male role I was living in seemed foreign to me.

Today, it is a deep and regular need, anchored in my daily life.

Living One’s Femininity: Between Joy and Fear

The early moments were marked by joyful euphoria: I was discovering myself with wonder. Then that euphoria gave way to true inner peace.

Seeing and feeling myself in harmony with who I am brings immense comfort.

I admire women: their style, their energy, their freedom to express who they are.

My first full crossdressing happened around the age of 25, at home, in private.

It was a revelation, even though I still lived it in secret.

It was like opening a door to a part of myself I wasn’t yet daring to explore freely.

But this path is not without fear. I had to learn to be cautious, to stay discreet, to protect myself.

Homophobia and transphobia, even in their ordinary forms, leave marks.

Sometimes a simple glance can make you doubt or retreat.

Having to be yourself while hiding makes the journey difficult.

An Evolving Journey

Today, I live part of my life as a woman, especially in my intimacy.

This has greatly helped me get through difficult periods, including a tough personal year.

It’s no longer just a way to escape: it has become a part of me.

I’ve begun to feminize certain visible aspects of my daily life: clothes, gestures, habits.

I’m thinking about growing my hair out and shaping my eyebrows.

It is also to improve my image that I reached out to Jennifer.

Beyond technique, she offered me human support.

She was able to create a space of trust where I could speak freely, be myself, without fear of judgment. Her listening and experience make all the difference.

Thanks to Jennifer for her sincere help. And thank you to those who will read these lines with an open mind and empathy.

🌸 Conclusion

Thanks to Fanny for this sincere and touching testimony.

Her journey reminds us that beyond words and categories, what matters above all is the right to express one’s femininity and to find in this expression a source of inner peace and balance.

If you also feel this need to move forward, to better master your makeup, and to gain confidence in your feminine expression, don’t hesitate to contact me.

My coaching sessions are designed to offer you a caring, judgment-free space where you can simply be yourself.
