Esther, Rebecca’s wife, had reached out to me to offer her husband a feminization session. A request that is quite unusual but so inspiring.
Esther wanted to share her experience. She speaks today so that her perspective can help other couples who find themselves in this, seemingly, unusual situation.
She sheds light, among undoubtedly many others, for those who have questions about their partner’s cross-dressing.
I’ll let you discover her testimony, and especially her personal experience on the subject.

– Hello Esther!
– Hello, I’m Esther, Rebecca’s wife, and I have a few words for wives who don’t like their husband’s desire after he has confided it to them.
The important thing is to know that your husbands are neither gay nor bisexual. It’s just a desire like any other. You must support your husbands without fear and be partners in order to be happy.
This desire to cross-dress doesn’t hurt anyone, it feels a bit strange at first. But when you see that your husband is still the same person, the doubts disappear. You can even teach him how to do makeup, help with choosing clothes, and accompany him.
Of course, I don’t desire him when he is dressed as a woman. We don’t see ourselves having relations in that circumstance. It even becomes a funny moment, and, just like Rebecca, I want to meet other couples who have this closeness and share experiences, spend good times together by getting to know each other.
Decades ago, thanks to movies like Tootsie or La Cage aux folles. (see video at 1min12 La cage aux folles 1 (1978) where one of the cross-dressers confesses to Renato that he fathered a 7th child to his wife while crying). I learned that being a cross-dresser does not necessarily mean, far from it, being gay.
By the way, I must mention the wonderful film: “Some Like It Hot” by Billy Wilder. Contrary to popular belief, many cross-dressers are heterosexual men.
Cross-dressing has existed since time immemorial, in all cultures and all social classes. After all, Joan of Arc also dressed as a man. Cross-dressing is a temporary activity and not an identity. Transgender people are therefore not cross-dressers. Cross-dressing can be seen as a simple game, sexual or not. For others, it is the fulfillment of a fantasy, a political act of assertion, a right to be different or indifferent.
The real determination of cross-dressing is more social. For example, in Western societies, pants have become clothing equally for women and men. A woman wearing pants is no longer considered cross-dressing. Even though a law from the early 19th century considered women wearing pants an offense.
(NB: the decree was only reported as repealed in 2013).
In cultures where men traditionally wear skirt-like garments such as the kilt or the sarong, these clothes are not considered feminine and wearing such garments is not considered male cross-dressing.
As societies become increasingly globalized, men and women adopt styles associated with other cultures, more broadly.
British comedian Eddie Izzard states that he has cross-dressed all his life. On stage and in his daily life, he sometimes dresses masculinely, sometimes femininely, but never without trying to “pass” as a woman. He says that men should have the same “clothing rights” as women.
“Thank you, Esther!”. As you can probably imagine, my work as a professional makeup artist with cross-dressing and transgender people brings me very close to those who want to live their vision of femininity in one way or another, wholly or partly.
In any case, my goal is invariably the same: to support you.
To reveal who you are, to yourself and/or to the world.
You are always very welcome.
