If I had to tell you about a day that will forever be etched in my memory since I created Transbeauté in 2019, it would be this one.__
I had the chance to accompany “La queen TB,” a loyal client, on a truly extraordinary getaway to… Venice. A whole day where I feminized her from A to Z, from the airport departure to the return to Paris.
A dream day.
It all started very simply: “La queen TB,” made up and enhanced by me, with a small suitcase in hand, was already glowing.
We passed through airport security as easily as could be…
No one stared at us.
We boarded like everyone else, with the utmost simplicity.
And that’s when it truly began.
Venice! The city of dreams, mystery, masks… and unapologetic femininity.
We dropped our bags at a charming hotel just steps from Saint Mark’s Square.
The light, the atmosphere, the cobblestone alleys…
Everything invited us to just go with the flow.
We took the opportunity to visit the sumptuous hôtel Le Danieli to admire this legendary place, a true Venetian icon filled with history and elegance.
We wandered through the city, enjoyed the beautiful weather and the lighthearted vibe of the tourists.
Then, we settled into the iconic Caffè Florian, one of the most beautiful cafés in the world, no less!
A perfect spot for people-watching and… being watched.
I have to say, that moment at the café was magical.
Two Asian tourists, intrigued by our outfits and our famous Venetian masks — those little “wolves” we had bought — first took photos of us at our request… then asked if they could take a selfie with us in return!
Everything happened with good humor and kindness.
People were charmed, even fascinated.
I could see amused, curious looks, but always respectful.
Next, back to the hotel for another makeup and hair session, outfit changes, and an impromptu photoshoot in the alleys.
“La queen TB” was radiant.
She was fully embracing her femininity in this romantic setting.
And honestly: how can you not take photos in Venice?
We spent a good part of our time capturing these moments.
Impossible to resist a photoshoot in the famous gondolas, in front of colorful façades, or on Saint Mark’s Square, surrounded by pigeons and curious tourists.
Every corner became the perfect backdrop to enhance our outfits and keep an unforgettable memory of this getaway.
We also had the joy of visiting the sumptuous La Fenice theater, which is actually the Venice Opera House.
This legendary venue, a true jewel of Venice, left us speechless.
Seated in a golden box, we savored this timeless decor, perfect for making our femininity vibrate and plunging us into a world worthy of the most beautiful fairy tales.
Of course, we immortalized this moment, because it’s exactly the kind of experience you never want to forget.
To get back, we took a water taxi across the lagoon…
the cherry on top! Hair in the wind, smiles on our faces, “La queen TB” was radiant.
At the airport, still no problems.
Security checks went just like for any other passenger.
What do I take away from this?
It’s exactly that kind of adventure we all dream of living… but often forbid ourselves.
We put up barriers, tell ourselves it’s not reasonable, that we’ll never dare.
And yet, once it’s done, we think: thankfully I dared!
“La queen TB” confided to me that this day allowed her to fully embrace a femininity that usually only expresses itself fleetingly.
She told me the sumptuous setting of Venice enhanced this experience and that sharing it with me, in our closeness, made this moment even more precious.
Honestly, it’s days like this that make me love my job.
